A pumpkin patch as popped up at Downtown Disney as part of this year’s Halloween Festival 2011.
Disneyland’s Halloween Time is a popular event with park goers, but did you know that there are events at Downtown Disney which don’t require admission to the parks?
Learn the Thriller Dance, Pumpkin Patch, Face Painting, Dia de los Muertos, and Spooky Treats are all part of the celebrations.
Visit Halloween Events at Downtown Disney for more information
The Disneyland wait time board is behind walls. EPCOT has an electronic version, although that would be nice, it may not fit in with the victorian theme. Perhaps it’s a simple refurbishment as well. We’ll see in a week.
Storybook Land had an unscheduled closure this weekend
Something interesting at Monsters Inc, Mike and Sulley To the Rescue. The cast member at the front is randomly selecting parties of 2 or less to enter though the exit. It’s being treated like a single rider pass in order to fill the third row of the ride vehicle. It’s been random and there is no guarantee that the cast member will be doing this at any particular time, but the when I was there this Friday the cast member was selecting guests.
|In the spirit of Halloween and Disney, a homeowner in Riverside, CA has created an amazing synchronized light and music display. The display uses the song This is Halloween from Nightmare Before Christmas.|
